Due to the nature of the products, we will only accept returns with conditions as outlined below: 

  • Product packaging is unopened and undamaged. The condition of the product packaging should be the same as before it was dispatched from our warehouse. Unopened products returned in original, sealed packaging will receive a 100% credit, up to a maximum of 6 of the same product. Returns of more than 6 units per product are subject to a 30% restocking fee (our policy is intended to benefit end-users of our products, not re-sellers).
  • Raw herbs are guaranteed to be fresh and of the highest quality available. However, due to the specialized nature of single-ingredient Raw Herbs, we are unable to offer our normal guarantee beyond freshness and quality (i.e. no refunds for ordering the wrong herb, changing your mind, etc.).
  • Opened products (or any damaged products or products with damaged seals) will receive a 50% credit, up to a maximum of 1 open bottle/pack per product sku (i.e. for each product, we can only accept 1 open bottle for credit; all others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for credit).
  • Refunds are for product costs only. We are unable to refund shipping costs.
  • All returns must include either your packing slip, order number or full name / date ordered.
  • We will not be able to honor credits for packages not received or merchandise that comes back to us damaged.
  • Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds are made to the customer bank account only.

Upon receipt of your feedback and subject to the conditions above being met, a return & exchange case number will be generated. This case number will enable you to return the goods to our warehouse. Do note that without our notification, our warehouse would not accept any returned goods.

Thereafter, the product concerned should be returned to our warehouse with a case number & your information ( name / contact / address ) within 2 weeks from the date of order being placed, at your cost.

Once our warehouse has checked through the returned product and confirmed they are in the conditions as described above, we will process the exchange or refund.
