How can I make changes/cancellation to my orders?

Orders that have been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.

What are the returns and exchange policies?

Each batch of goods may differ due to manufacturing contraints. In the event if you are not satisfied with any products, you may return to us within 7 days after delivery. The Product must be unused in the Original condition and it must not be pre-order product.The cost of return transportation is at your expense.

How can I view my purchase history?

Your purchase history can be retrieved under My Account page after logging in.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet Banking Transfer via eGHL or Bank Transfer.

The payment transaction has failed. How can proceed with purchasing the items again?

You may visit My Order History under My Account to retrieve the shopped items.


What is the delivery lead-time?

Delivery lead time often range from 3-5 days depending on the delivery location.

What is the delivery charge?

Delivery will be free for orders over RM100. Otherwise, shipping charges will be a flat rate of RM8 within Peninsular Malaysia, RM10 for Sabah and Sarawak.

How can I check on my delivery status?

You may login to My Account > Orders to check each order status after you placed orders.  Or, you may contact our customer service officer at [email protected] to check on the shipment status.

Which countries does Tameva deliver to?

For now we deliver our products only within Malaysia.
If you are an overseas customer, special arrangements may be made. Contact us at [email protected] for more information.

Can I ship purchases separately?

Yes, but you will have to create separate orders.

Are there restrictions to the shipment addresses?

Orders will be delivered to customers in Malaysia only. For other countries, please email us at [email protected] for more information.

Products & Herbal FAQ

Is all the herbs products have an expiration date?

None of our products have an expiration date, but their longevity will depend on which products you’ve chosen and how you store them. All of our products are best stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Dried herbs retain their potency for 1-2 years. For best long-term storage, transfer from our packaging into a jar or other airtight container and keep out of direct sunlight.

How long can I keep flower teas or herbs?

All formulated teas or Chinese herbs can be kept for 3 to 4 months. However we recommend early consumption for optimum benefits as they are packed fresh and according to orders.

How to properly store herbs?

Once you receive your premium herbs from Tam Eva, it is important that you know how to properly store herbs in order to maintain their freshness. Use an air-tight glass storage jar instead of a plastic storage container. Do not store the herbs over the stove or the dishwasher due to the heat and steam. And, do not store herbs in thin, plastic bags.

Can pregnant women use Chinese herbs or herbal tea?

In general, herbs are not recommended during pregnancy. However, consult your healthcare provider to see if the benefit of using herbs can outweigh the risks.
